Attentive staff to special requests. Due to being at the airport, we asked for a quiet room. Asked for a later check-out time, and were granted that immediately. Hotel is undergoing some renovations and we had a nicely re-done bathroom. Great convenience if you need something right at the airport, with some attractions within walking distance (Antartica exploration exhibits)

Very welcoming and friendly staff, transfer, reception, porter,
cleaning... Everybody! The free airporttransfer to the hotel in the
middle of the night was the big pro, and it was really easy: we just
called at the special phone in the arrival hall and the bus was there in
10 minutes. They also dropped us off at the rental company the next day.

The first impression was a great one. Having our friendly driver meet us at the airport was great. The reception staff were very cheerful and helpful-even escorting us to our room so that we didn't have to wander to find it on our 2am arrival. The design, layout, comfort and cleanliness of our room allowed us to relax completely.
We loved being able to hire our mini from our motel : ))
Even the little touches- the morning paper and the chocolates on the bed, were just delightful.

Friendly staff who did their best to make you feel welcomed. Clean room and toilet. Warm at nights. Quiet neighbourhood. Good pick-up service from the airport by one Mr Wang who is accommodative of our needs. I strongly recommend that it is value for money. Any motel willing to pick me up from the airport at 1:30 am deserves
serious props. This lodging caters primarily towards folks flying in and
out of Christchurch. But, they have it down...from helping us arrange
airport transport at 5 A.M., to letting us keep our car there during our
Australian visit and finally picking us back up at 1:30a.M. Not flash,
but the motel is clean and very spacious.

We needed somewhere handy to the airport as it was our base for arriving
and departing nz. The staff were more than helpful and happy to
accommodate out needs in terms of picking us up and dropping us off,
holding baggage and helping us out. They couldn't do enough for us.
Although slightly more than I'd hoped to pay, I felt we for value
for money. On our first night we stayed in one of the older apartments,
but it was still cosy and clean. On our final night we were upgraded to

The accommodation is excellent, tastfully decorated spacious and comfortable, better than expected. The owner was so nice and kind. She drove us to the airport after the stay that saved us to find a transport to get there though the airport is very close. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast prepared with fresh and homegrown ingedients. Excellent!

The location was great for our visit to CHCH, the room was well set out in modern colours, with sky, a kitchenette and couch. The bed was sooo comfy and I want one, ( will be in touch to get details) Great communication from hosts before hand ETA emails and asked my requirements. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they even organized a pick-up after we dropped off the motorhome and an early morning taxi to get us to the airport. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

Right from our arrival, nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff and it was great to even feel comfortable enough to joke with our cleaners each day we were there. The Airport Palms Motel was really clean and quiet. The bonus of a large tv screen and kitchenette was a surprise plus. Airport Palms is easy to get to from the airport. I'd happily - and no doubt will - stay here again when in Christchurch.
