I liked the spa, reception lady was lovely, facilities are top notch loved the location very central, the bed! Man oh man the bed! Very very veryyyyy comfy! Good value for money, would highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again :) -

What's not to like? We planned to stay only one night but
reluctantly left after two since we had to get to Hamilton. .

week in nz. -Very comfortable, clean, almost got everything you wanted
whilst cooking in the common kitchen, a very clean and large one. -Felt
relaxed and one can enjoy the dinner in the common dinning room and had
great time with friends in the sitting room which is well decorated. -
Friendly and helpful staff -coupled with a very reasonable price, will
highly recommended to friends. -Six of us all had the same comments

This was the most friendly and obliging hotel staff I can remember in over 50 years of hotel stays - nothing was too much trouble and done with a smile - even early breakfast. -
Great welcome, offer to assist with any thing, meal offer later at bar when back & after restaurant closed - surroundings & food quality great - beer also good !

The service here is amazing. Our friends were checked in middle of the night after being trapped in traffic, and one room was upgraded so we could all have use of a big kitchen. The beds were soooo comfortable. The wifi was fast. The advice on places to go was spot on too! Perfect!

We have always found the staff so friendly and approachable to deal with. The rooms are a bit dated but ours has always been clean and tidy with plenty of clean towels, coffee, tea etc. We have been several times and even in the winter the rooms have been easy to heat and the beds are nice and comfortable. -

The bed was very firm and comfortable and my room was cosy. I really enjoyed the opportun ity to have a bath. An electrical concern was responded to very promptly. I really appreciated being able to leave my car in the carpark the following morning while I walked around the city. -
