Family House Fascination was perfect for us. Nora was a lovely host. Friendly, happy and always helpful. She was always available. The atmosphere was very relaxed. The hotel is beautiful. We had the room overlooking the pool (#12). Very private and no street noise whatsoever. The common areas are comfortable but generally deserted as you might expect in a boutique hotel with 13 rooms. The concierge, Deni, was extremely nice and helped make our stay there unforgettable. She arranged for bag lunches to be ready for us when we took an early day trip to Montenegro, and next day arranged a very good deal on a rental car which made for a spectacular day.

We had the opportunity due to a schedule change to stay in two different
places in Dubrovnik: Lapad and then up the hill close to the Old Town
area. The location of this apartment is about a 10 min walk from a
pedestrian precinct which was really nice to walk around and had a ton
of reasonable restaurants. I much prefer Lapad since its essentially
flat. Near the old town, be prepared to be stair-stepper fit to get

The location was great. The large balcony for apartment Toni was the best view in Dubrovnik. Maja looked after us very well and was always on hand to help us with anything. Ante is a kind and genuine host, gives a great introduction to the apartment and the surroundings. Answers any questions you may have and offers a very comfortable place to rest and relax after walking around all day. Highly recommend these apts to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. The new town is only a 5 min bus ride from this apt and 10min walk to the bus station.

Spacious, high ceilinged and well furnished rooms which are clean and comfortable with an excellent host make House Boninovo the ideal base for a Dubrovnik city break. Located just a short walk from the old town (although the bus stop is right outside if you're feeling a bit lazy!), you can take in the beautiful Dalmatian coastline as you have breakfast on the Guesthouse's balcony each morning. Fadila, the owner, is extremely hospitable and arranged a transfer from the airport when we arrived.

Daria and the Captain are incredibly kind and friendly, as are their extended family. The apartment is huge and even has a washing machine and full kitchen. But the best thing is the view. I can't imagine a better view from any hotel I've stayed in during travels to almost 50 countries.

The apartment was perfectly central in the city, very easy to get to on arrival & extremely spacious, so no tripping over the suitcase during our stay! It was great to have somewhere we were never more than a 15 minute walk away from (within the city walls), for any well needed breaks from the blazing sun.
