  This is most definitely a first class 5 star hotel from the moment of pickup from airport. The hotel is a designers dream no detail too small for them. Open spaces yet a feeling of intimacy. Fabulous room with small balcony and big view. Great location with private boat ride to walled city several time a day (mini van provided if weather does not ... wat mensen zeggen » permit boat). 5 Star restaurant, bit pricey but worth every penny. Plenty of good food places in town too. Indoor outdoor swimming pool, outdoor lunch - The location is magnificent. The beds are very comfortable and enormous. Every room has a sea view which is spectacular. Simply adored the courtesy vaporetta that shuttles between the hotel and the old harbour in Dubrovnik every hour.

  I was in apartment overlooking the sea which I found to be simply amazing. It is absolutely new and flawless in every matter: very clean and comfortable, spacious, nicely designed, equipped with all you might need during your visit.   A true five star performance. We stayed in room 3409 in the Royal Princess addition. It was perfect. Right over the sea in a very large and comfortable suite. Would not have asked for more. Staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Thanks for a wonderful stay. - This location is PERFECT!! On the Rocks Bar is a great spot.... very fun.   Up market !! - Location was perfect, being directly outside Old Town. Being so close toPile Gate also meant that it was a very short walk to the hotel aftergetting off the bus from the airport. The staff was extremely friendly -the lady who checked me in remembered my name throughout my stay and wasvery helpful!

Location for getting into Dubrovnik excdellent; good public transport almost outside into Dubrovnik (10 minutes) which operated until 0200.
