  I'm in great delight with this accommodation!!! First of all I have to tell about the lady who runs this apartment, Ivanka! She's so kind, attentive, kindhearted that I felt as I was at home!!! Really, all the atmosphere made by Ivanka is so domestic!!! And a few words about the rooms. I don't know why somebody says that the room is small...   Located overlooking the main Dubrovnik Marina / Harbour, and with easy access to the City Centre / Old Town (you probably wouldn't want to walk it which would be the best part of an hour i expect, but good transport links and an easy drive). The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful, truly welcoming. - Perfect position for us overlooking the harbour at Lapad, quiet and comfortable and close to several good restaurants. The owner was delightful and amazingly friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless and a perfect size for two people. The bus to the old town stopped outside and it was a delightful walk along the peninsula and to the beaches and cafes over looking the sea.

  We booked studio apartment but got the big 2 bed apt as it was free and the host was so kind to offer us a free upgrade ;) Apt was really nice with lovely sitting room/kitchen area, in the center of Old Town. The location was perfect, charming and unforgettable, few steps away from the main square but very quiet. Steps could be difficult for older folk, however the owner was there to help with our cases. The room and facilities were clean and inviting and added to our stay in Dubrovnik. The owner looked after us well and nothing was too much trouble.

  I really enjoyed my stay in Dubrovnik and the apartment was comfortable and very central (within the old town). There are steep stairs leading to the apartment but it wasn't bad. I would return again as it was cheap, clean and central. Also thanks to Ivana the lady who runs it, was extremely helpful and friendly. (I would l - It was right in the centre of the Old City so everything was easy to reach. There was Wi-fi access and we were reasonably comfortable in the flat. The Dubrovnik card gave us access to many of the City's attractions. The local bus service was brilliant so we could, for instance, get out to Babin Kuk to enjoy the beach and views.
