Family House Fascination was perfect for us. Nora was a lovely host. Friendly, happy and always helpful. She was always available. The atmosphere was very relaxed. The kiwi fruit covered courtyard and terrace were just magic when we came home from a very hot days exploring. Our courtyard opened onto a stairway with lots of people walking past. The hotel is beautiful. We had the room overlooking the pool (#12). Very private and no street noise whatsoever. The common areas are comfortable but generally deserted as you might expect in a boutique hotel with 13 rooms. The concierge, Deni, was extremely nice and helped make our stay there unforgettable. She arranged for bag lunches to be ready for us when we took an early day trip to Montenegro, and next day arranged a very good deal on a rental car which made for a spectacular day.

We had the opportunity due to a schedule change to stay in two different
places in Dubrovnik: Lapad and then up the hill close to the Old Town
area. The location of this apartment is about a 10 min walk from a
pedestrian precinct which was really nice to walk around and had a ton
of reasonable restaurants. I much prefer Lapad since its essentially
flat. Near the old town, be prepared to be stair-stepper fit to get

The apartment facilities are excellent!: it's well decorated and equipped. Beds are very good. It has an amazing view, and is very well located: 15 minutes walk to the port, less than 100 meters from the bus stop which will take you to the Old City. Personal is friendly and helpfull.

Andrea was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Good knowledge of
things to do and booked sea kayaking for us.
Apartments had oil, sugar and coffee which was useful and excellent array of clean pots and pans compared to other apartments.
Whole apartment, especially the Bathroom was spotlessly clean with a washing machine.

Terrace overlooking the adriatic with a view that is out of this world when you open the shutter in the morning. Perfect walk down to the old town, (do it at night or very early morning in the summer). Taxi back very cheap and easy. -
The location was great. The large balcony for apartment Toni was the best view in Dubrovnik. Maja looked after us very well and was always on hand to help us with anything. Ante is a kind and genuine host, gives a great introduction to the apartment and the surroundings. Answers any questions you may have and offers a very comfortable place to rest and relax after walking around all day. Highly recommend these apts to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. Spacious, high ceilinged and well furnished rooms which are clean and comfortable with an excellent host make House Boninovo the ideal base for a Dubrovnik city break. Located just a short walk from the old town (although the bus stop is right outside if you're feeling a bit lazy!), you can take in the beautiful Dalmatian coastline as you have breakfast on the Guesthouse's balcony each morning. Fadila, the owner, is extremely hospitable and arranged a transfer from the airport when we arrived.

Daria and the Captain are incredibly kind and friendly, as are their extended family. The apartment is huge and even has a washing machine and full kitchen. But the best thing is the view. I can't imagine a better view from any hotel I've stayed in during travels to almost 50 countries.

The apartment was perfectly central in the city, very easy to get to on arrival & extremely spacious, so no tripping over the suitcase during our stay! It was great to have somewhere we were never more than a 15 minute walk away from (within the city walls), for any well needed breaks from the blazing sun. I would definitely stay there again on a return to trip to Dubrovnik.

The Loaction is the best in the middle of the Old city and no stairs to
get there. Whenever you want in the middle of walking in the city, you
