Great breakfast!, haven't seen the same selection and quality since Radisson Blu Resort in Split. Nice public areas. Nice staff everywhere. Reasonable prices in pool bar and hotel bar. Free use of sunbeds, parasolls, towels at nice stone beach at near by Hotel Valamar President. Air conditioned bus stops at the hotel every 10 minutes. -

Location for getting into Dubrovnik excdellent; good public transport almost outside into Dubrovnik (10 minutes) which operated until 0200. Helpful friendly staff, good breakfasts, good evening bar and entertainment.

This is a great place to stay if you are seeking to be in the old town.
You will have to climb several sets of steps. It's a really neat
apartment and a different feel, depending on what you are seeking.
Nero, the property manager, is super friendly and helpful. He offers his assistance with whatever your needs are to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
I highly recommend this place to stay.

Big modern rooms, spacious bathroom. Everything is very clean. Very nice view over the port of Gruz. Our room had a big terrace and from what I could see most of the rooms have them. Free parking (in abundance), very easy to find, situated on the main road so if you are with a car very practical for trips to other towns along the coast (no need to enter the city). All in all, to me it seems like very good value for money. In most countries that I have been to you could find rooms like this only

The staff were incredibly friendly! They couldn't do enough to help
us. They advised us of where to eat good food in the cheaper areas and
organised an island hopping cruise at a bargain price. The apartments
were clean, nicely designed and functional with private balconies.
Location was ideal with a supermarket next door, the harbour just a 5
min walk away and the old town a 20 minute walk or 5 min bus ride away.

+ Location is perfect. Close to the old town but with free parking space. We walked to the old town center in only 10 minutes with our little son. The walk to the center is almost complete flat leveled, so no hill climbing. My 85 year old mother could do it in 15 minutes.

We were at Sumetska 8 at Ana's place. + A lovely host, very friendly, with a lot of useful tips of what to do and see. + The apartmant is very clean, modern and has an amazing view from the terrace. + It's about a 15 minutes walk to the old town, really lots of steps, there is also a bus, but we always made the trip by feet - downstairs and upstairs. There is just a quiet noise from the road to hear, good air - no exhaust gas

We were warmly welcomed in the morning and we got our room almost three hours before usual check in. We also got good recommendation for a cafe serving breakfast.
The room was on the first floor, but it was quiet and comfortable. The view to the small alley was OK.

The building is totally charming and rooms are well-appointed; the
perfect mix of sleek and modern with the right amount of local touches.
Clean and very cute, a lot of effort was obviously put into this hotel.
Breakfast was very tasty with homemade croissants, champagne for mimosas
and good omlettes and cold cuts.

Apartment perfect in everyway yes there are lots of steps but they dolead straight down to a crystal clear blue adriactic sea which I jumpedin everyday. The villa is up some steps from the old town. We felt that it offered a peaceful setting out of the centre of town, and when we were there the air felt fresher higher up as there was a slight breeze. The hostess was very friendly and the villa was attractive and clean. We were offered fresh produce from the garden and an excellent breakfast. For those unable to climb the steps, it's possible to get a cable car up from town to a short walk away from the villa

Duska and her husband were very helpful both prior to our trip and also during our trip advising of items inside the apartment and asking if we required anything during our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with all mod cons including very good wifi.
The location was amazing, just off the Stradun and no steps to the front door! The apartment was on the 1st floor. It has recently been fitted with triple glazed windows which keeps the apartment silent at night.
