The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite new. Our room was spacious (it contained two big beds, two tv's, a lounge area with a sofa and a desk) and clean. There was even a microwave and a little fridge. The wifi internet connection in the room was easily accessible and very fast. The hotel's location is okay (along the highway)

Our family was up here because our Mom had a heart attack while vacationing up north and was in ICU at Munson Hospital. The room was had was comfortable and convenient for us to use as we made our way back and forth to the hospital.

We could walk out of our room onto the beach. The staff was more than accommodating in every possible aspect. They made restaurant & winery recommendations and helped us with directions to local sites. The breakfast was very good and there was a staff member there constantly keeping all the options filled. The staff was friendly and polite. The facility was clean with a well-maintained beach. Breakfasts were more than I expected. Pretty much continental style with a lot more choices. Kid friendly with arcade and indoor swimming pool. All around, it was a very enjoyable experience for my wife and me.

The hotel was very clean. Stayed in 2 separate rooms due to change of plans and both were equally clean. Rooms were updated aesthetically which was nice and housekeepers left us sweet welcome notes on the nightstands. What a pleasant surprise to find a chain which felt like an independent hotel. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The warm and helpful welcome was a great start to my stay on a wet and windy evening. Room was warm and comfortable and the free hot drinks in reception an added bonus (I could get real milk for my coffee!). The recommendation for the tex/mex restaurant almost next door was perfect with good food and a great selection of draft beers. altogether a very good experie

The evening manager was very efficient in checking us in and providing
answers to questions. She also was busy making sure the place looked
nice when she was not working at the desk. Also especially like the set
up of the bathroom (toliet & shower) separate from sink. Nice
balcony with nature around the hotel. -

We liked the fact we had a room that viewed the water in Traverse City! The gal at the desk was very accommodating, we arrived early and she could accommodate us and offered us different rooms to choose from on the 3 floors available so that is why we got the view!
