We could walk out of our room onto the beach. The staff was more than accommodating in every possible aspect. The staff was friendly and polite. The facility was clean with a well-maintained beach. Breakfasts were more than I expected. Pretty much continental style with a lot more choices. Kid friendly with arcade and indoor swimming pool. All around, it was a very enjoyable experience for my wife and me.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Guest laundry was
a huge bonus and the kids loved having swings on the hotel grounds to
blow off some steam before bed. Very clean and comfortable and a great
value for the price. Breakfast was included and delicious and the
location was perfect for shopping, beach access and attractions.

This hotel was very clean, staff was excellent and very accommodating and considerate. When an unexpected illness required a short stay at local hospital, they graciously assisted by granting our request for an extra day's stay thus easing the worries of two out of towners. Thank you Chelsea, you're the best ! -

The evening manager was very efficient in checking us in and providing
answers to questions. She also was busy making sure the place looked
nice when she was not working at the desk. Also especially like the set
up of the bathroom (toliet & shower) separate from sink. Nice
balcony with nature around the hotel. -

We liked the fact we had a room that viewed the water in Traverse City! The gal at the desk was very accommodating, we arrived early and she could accommodate us and offered us different rooms to choose from on the 3 floors available so that is why we got the view!

The room was very spacious with separate bedroom and bath. The bed was very comfortable with lots of storage for our clothing during our stay.
