The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite new. Our room was spacious (it contained two big beds, two tv's, a lounge area with a sofa and a desk) and clean. There was even a microwave and a little fridge. The wifi internet connection in the room was easily accessible and very fast. The hotel's location is okay (along the highway)

Our family was up here because our Mom had a heart attack while vacationing up north and was in ICU at Munson Hospital. The room was had was comfortable and convenient for us to use as we made our way back and forth to the hospital.

Sally was very friendly. She arranged the shuttle for me to the city center and grand traverse resort every day for free. They'll really take care of you. The hotel itself is very clean and nice. The staff was friendly and polite. The facility was clean with a well-maintained beach. Breakfasts were more than I expected. Pretty much continental style with a lot more choices. Kid friendly with arcade and indoor swimming pool. All around, it was a very enjoyable experience for my wife and me.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Guest laundry was
a huge bonus and the kids loved having swings on the hotel grounds to
blow off some steam before bed. Very clean and comfortable and a great
value for the price. Breakfast was included and delicious and the
location was perfect for shopping, beach access and attractions.

The evening manager was very efficient in checking us in and providing
answers to questions. She also was busy making sure the place looked
nice when she was not working at the desk. Also especially like the set
up of the bathroom (toliet & shower) separate from sink. Nice
balcony with nature around the hotel. -

We liked the fact we had a room that viewed the water in Traverse City! The gal at the desk was very accommodating, we arrived early and she could accommodate us and offered us different rooms to choose from on the 3 floors available so that is why we got the view!
We loved the breakfast! Room was adequate. Bathroom could have used an exhaust fan
