Beautiful facility.
Check-in staff purposely put us on a floor that was not where a wedding's guests were that night.
Clean!

Room - fireplace, king bed, bathroom, closet space, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker - great touches
Staff - You could tell that everyone on the staff was really trying to please. Even during the Boston terrorism, they were still upbeat and friendly. Even cleaning staff and other non-front desk staff really tried to be polite and friendly.

The staff were great. I didn't know how to get to the place
where I had a meeting and they printed off instructions and a map
for me. Everyone here was really great and the hotel was very new

The very fair value for quality vs. other comparative hotels in area that I searched. The convenience to highway travel. The comfort and cleanliness of the room and building. The breakfast in the morning.The friendliness of the staff. I even had the luxury of having the pool and hot tub by myself (staff there restocking towels) for several minutes

I liked the free hot breakfast included in the price of the hotel stay. Additionally, when I requested needed items from maid service, I received them with a smile. The complete hotel was very clean and well designed from the wall paper to the pictures. Room was not big but well laid out and the a/c and neat worked fine.The free breakfast was great and the whole stay was fine.

Reliable, comfortable rooms, great staff, good parking, close to good nature walks(we don't come during the "season", but instead for relaxation get-aways for a couple of nights, usually winter/spring. Good value for cost. -

Staff were professional and helpful and pleasant. Beds were wonderful! Adequate towels and amenities. Very nice breakfast buffet. This is our 4th or 5th visit to this motel and we have enjoyed every visit, despite the fact that it involved us going to see a doctor each time! We came to go to the Brigham and Women's Hospital in near by Foxborough.

Rooms were very comfortable and in high standard. The staff was very helpful, overall facilities were fantastic (I recommend the bar :). Location is good, close to the metro, so you could be in the town in about 15 min from the moment you leave the doors of the hotel. If you travel by car, there is a free parking provided. -

This was a great choice when visiting Amherst. It is only 20 minutes away, and easy to get on and off the highway. -
The hotel and bars/restaurants in side were excellent. Champions was great on game days.
