Check-in staff purposely put us on a floor that was not where a wedding's guests were that night.

Location across from Nantasket Beach was why I chose this resort. Being across from the beach was convenient, especially since we there during a heat wave. Room - fireplace, king bed, bathroom, closet space, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker - great touches
Staff - You could tell that everyone on the staff was really trying to please. Even during the Boston terrorism, they were still upbeat and friendly. Even cleaning staff and other non-front desk staff really tried to be polite and friendly.

The very fair value for quality vs. other comparative hotels in area that I searched. The convenience to highway travel. The comfort and cleanliness of the room and building. The breakfast in the morning.The friendliness of the staff. I even had the luxury of having the pool and hot tub by myself (staff there restocking towels) for several minutes

Staff were professional and helpful and pleasant. Beds were wonderful! Adequate towels and amenities. Very nice breakfast buffet. This is our 4th or 5th visit to this motel and we have enjoyed every visit, despite the fact that it involved us going to see a doctor each time! Rooms were very comfortable and in high standard. The staff was very helpful, overall facilities were fantastic (I recommend the bar :). Location is good, close to the metro, so you could be in the town in about 15 min from the moment you leave the doors of the hotel. If you travel by car, there is a free parking provided. -

This was a great choice when visiting Amherst. It is only 20 minutes away, and easy to get on and off the highway. -
