Everything was just perfect - the staff is very friendly and helpful, there are free maps and guides to Pisa in the lobby, the room was spacy, clean and decorated with taste. - very good communication with Luca (calling and verifying arrival time)
- I needed help with parking my car (as there is no parking included). Luca immediately responded that there is enough parking spaces a front of B&B (free 18:00-8:00, otherwise payable at 60eurocents/hr). There was no problem with parking indeed.
- Leaning tower is approx 20 minutes walk away
- we used LuckyHousle for an overnight stay on our trip and the facilities were sufficient for that purpose

Some of the staff was extremely helpful if not able to communicate well. The breakfast was appealing the breakfast room was cheerful and well attended the room was clean and efficient if not luxury. The evening attendant the day I arrived was far from helpful grudging answered my question s and hardly spoke English -

They stayed up to wait for me though my flight got in at midnight, and they even gave me a huge room with a bathroom when I had only booked a single with shared bathroom. -
The location was good, just a short walk straight from Pisa Airport. We
also liked the Bus stop which was just outside the Hotel and took us to
the Tower.

The guy behind the desk when I checked in (and who was still there when I checked out the next morning) was fabulous. He was super helpful and courteous and gave great recommendations on places to eat. The location is literally across the road from the Pisa tower complex and about 15-20 minutes walk into the main shopping and eating district. T

Although on a busy road the location is great for a brief stay in Pisa
with the main attractions just a few steps away. Traffic noise did not
cause us any concerns once doors and shutters closed. The staff were
friendly, willing to give local advice and professionally resolved a
maintenance issue, requiring us to move rooms, to our satisfaction.

Owner sent, few days before our arrival, email with exact directions to
the hotel. Apartment that we received was very beautiful, very clean,

I spent a very pleasant twelve nights here. The staff are charming,
hospitable, and friendly, and all spoke good English. The room was

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Renovated in January 2013 by someone with excellent taste, perhaps the lovely owner who was ever so helpful. The hotel is in a residence built in the 1700s and has a few impressive paintings gracing its walls. It is in a street away from the action which could be good or bad depending on your tastes....no views of anything but really with all of the gorgeous decor one does not need an external view. The bathrooms in particular are WOW!

Very nice people and the place is clean and just amazing. It is about 3
km from the Pisa Tower so is fine if you have a car. Around you can eat
real italian food and not the tourist food you get around the Tower.
Private free parking. We like it a lot.

The hotel is extremely close to the airport so we've got there really easily by walking in about 7-9 min with the sleepy kids and the luggages for our early morning flight. The service at B&B dei Cavalieri was welcoming and the value for money was very reasonable. The interior was cosy and styled perfectly to reflect Italy.
The accommodation was within good walking distance from the train station, however, at first we found it difficult to find. On reflection I should have printed of the exterior picture to remember what it looked like. The breakfast was a fantastic spread.
