  Everything was just perfect - the staff is very friendly and helpful, there are free maps and guides to Pisa in the lobby, the room was spacy, clean and decorated with taste. The internet has good speed for sharing photos over facebook/skype (unlike most of the other hotels in Italy where we have stayed). There was no problem with parking indeed. - Leaning tower is approx 20 minutes walk away - we used LuckyHousle for an overnight stay on our trip and the facilities were sufficient for that purpose - selfservice breakf

  They stayed up to wait for me though my flight got in at midnight, and they even gave me a huge room with a bathroom when I had only booked a single with shared bathroom. - The location was good, just a short walk straight from Pisa Airport.   The guy behind the desk when I checked in (and who was still there when I checked out the next morning) was fabulous. He was super helpful and courteous and gave great recommendations on places to eat. The location is literally across the road from the Pisa tower complex and about 15-20 minutes walk into the main shopping and eating district. Renovated in January 2013 by someone with excellent taste, perhaps the lovely owner who was ever so helpful. The hotel is in a residence built in the 1700s and has a few impressive paintings gracing its walls. It is in a street away from the action which could be good or bad depending on your tastes....no views of anything but really with all of the gorgeous decor one does not need an external view. The bathrooms in particular are WOW!
