Many people here don't like the location of "Five Roses", but for me it is quite the contrary. The B&B is very easy to reach, if u decide to simply walk from the airport - literally 15 mins - walk along via dell'Aeroporto, cross the railway tracks, go down the stairs and you will face via Antonio Fratti, walk along it and the gate will be on ur left - impossible to miss! The hotel is in a small street with no trafic and noise!
Possible to park a car for about 8 EUR day just next to the hotel (we parked at the place where our car could watch Pisa tower the whole parking time :))

Pretty much everything was great. The staff were very helpful and
kind. I was a single adult with 5 children ages 2 - 14. The proximity
to the Leaning Tower and other things in Pisa was perfect. My 2 year
old was able to walk the distance easily. The room was more than
adequate for our needs. We stayed 2 nights, and drove in to Rome and
then back. Tiring, but I looked forward to getting back to our room.
Would go back again!

Parking on site, the place was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was surrounded by nature, quiet. Well equipped kitchen and a great place to rest for a while. Would have to stay longer after much travelling, however had to move on. Did enjoy the 2 night stay. -

no noise from the trains. The receptionist who booked us in was very

What I liked most is that hotel was very very near to Pisa Centrali station. We didn't spend any time in locating it. Also, bus connectivity to Pisa was very good and we reach the tower in just 10 minutes.

Per chi come noi si recava a Lucca ed era provvisto di auto si trova in ottima posizione, e comunque non troppo lontano dal centro di Pisa. Immerso nella natura è ideale per un po' di relax. Camere spaziose, pulite e confortevoli. La colazione non era compresa, ma era ottima ed abbondante, valeva ampiamente i 5 Euro spesi. - Veramente tutto ottimo.
