Willingness of staff to help - when the elevators didn't work due to planned maintenance - they quickly brought the suitcase to the room. Breakfast was great with lots of varieties and most of the time the food is different every day. Location is along the main road so it's very accessible -

The staff made everything possible in their hands and even beyond to make our stay perfect. The resort had everything needed for a wonderful quiet honeymoon. Breakfast was wonderful (western and asaian) with wide varieties. -

This place is great value for money. Its in a good location, not too far from the main part of kuta. Its very easy to navigate yourself from this place. The pool is fantastic, and has two levels which i thought was really cool. The prices for food at the restaurant, room service and drinks are not bad at all. We enjoyed the private pool in the room although my children also swim at the public pool. 2 LCD TV also allow me & my children to watch our own favourite movies and cartoons channels. All staff is very friendly and well manner. My booking did not include breakfast.So I bought it from the reception counter for a fee of 2 aldults and FOC for my 3 kids for 4 days. Food at the Padi-Padi restaurant was nice too. I would strongly recommend to my friends in future,

Fuss-free check-in, courteous and friendly staff, simple but nice breakfast. Located near Mall Bali Galleria, easy to get taxis and many Halal restaurants within walking distance. The bread pudding served during breakfast is simply-to-die-for. Nice ambience and atmosphere. My family loves this hotel. We shall stay here again for our next trip to Bali.
