The service was outstanding. Nothing was too difficult for the staff, and they were particularly helpful with preparing food for our 8 month old baby. Food is excellent and freshly sourced, but we were also provided details for take away pizza when we expressed a desire for different food. Finally, when we requested a late check out, we were permitted to move to a different villa until 3pm at no extra charge, this was extremely helpful given that we were travelling with a baby.

Amazing! We stayed in a private pool villa and it's quite amazing. A kitchen and breakfast space outside, the pool, the room with a lot of space, the nice people always trying to help, the natural environment, a big bath tube, everything was really good. Not very far the centre of Ubud... you can walk and get there in about 15 minutes or less! we really felt home here... In the messy and touristic Bali, this place makes you feel what was the island when the tourists were just arriving!!!

We stayed in a private villa with plunge pool on the river side. It was absolutely amazing. Beautiful atmosphere, the setting was awesome. We love the place. about the room supplied was efficiently & satisfactorily rectified.

We stayed in this hotel for 9 nights as part of our honeymoon. Since we wanted to go around an wouldn't spend lot of time at the hotel we were looking for a nice decent hotel which is clean and has reasonable price. This hotel was all we were looking for. We booked the standard room. The room was nice clean but had a view towards the wall (nothing to complain). There were some more pricy rooms with better view available as well.
The staff were friendly and available at any time.

Beautiful hotel next to the Campuhan Ridge walk which was really really nice. Do it in the evening or early morning and go to karsa cafe. We did not try the restaurant. The pool was really really nice - one of the best hotel pools we've tried. Got upgraded from Tree top to Ibah Suite which was nice - the room was definately luxurious and very very comfortable. The location about 10 minutes north of Ubud was brilliant! We caught the
hotel shuttle into Ubud one day for some shopping and sightseeing and
paid a taxi Rp7500 (a$7.50) to take us back later that day. The view
from the resort was simply outsanding. It was so peaceful and relaxing.

Suly resort is a great opportunity for students with less fortunate backgrounds to study and learn about hospitality. Most of them are volunteers and and are very helpful.

Suly is a wonderful place to stay, and if I am in Bali I will stay there again.
