First and foremost, the staff is absolutely amazing. The Chandi is quite small, with 17 private villas, resulting in staff that's on a first name basis with all the guests, delivering fantastic service. We have never felt more welcome at any hotel else where. Every request is taken care of without hesitation and followed by a big genuine smile.

The Chandi is truly a fantastic and relaxing resort, right on the beach! Fantastic atmosphere, super friendly and helpful staff (Abi, Matazam, Zaki: we miss you already! :-) ), lovely and private rooms with outdoor rain shower, high quality restaurant, which serves world's best dessert: the chocolate volcano, the chef's own lava cake which we just had to have after every single diner!
Its proximity to the Gili Islands allow for a day trip with a local fisher boat.

friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great, but unfortunately
only available during weekends, as they anticipate more guest during

My teenage daughters, my 7 yr old son and I stayed recently for 5 nights and wished we never had to leave. We had two ocean front rooms one upstairs and one down, both were just beautiful. The food was wonderful the spa amazing. Lying having your treatment with the sound of the ocean in your ears was heaven. We all agreed it was our favourite resort of our holiday. We were greeted by the warm and friendly staff at the hotel lobby. It was a very cozy atmosphere. We stayed in the one-bedroom villa and the atmosphere was perfect for a honeymoon. Every single interaction with the Sheraton staff was a pleasant experience. They were all so friendly and positive. the swimming pool was the best we have ever seen: like something out of a movie. We felt like movie stars lying beside the gorgeous pool. The private beach was lovely to stroll on, no hawkers. Happy hour in the Sunset Bar daily was great value and a lovely setting. And the gardens were Devine.

The staff were all very accommodative, friendly, helpful and polite. The
room was clean, cozy and comfortable. The hotel landscape and ambience
were magnificent. Just spending time at the hotel alone was sufficient
to make my day. The restaurant serves a good range of food from local
Indonesian to Western and seafood. The food is very delicious yet
reasonably priced. Breakfast comes in a choice of Indonesian or Western.

Our stay in Qunci Villas was absolutely fantastic. The service from every member of staff was faultless, they read your mind. As soon as you're firsty, someone is by your side with iced water or fresh fruit. The food was some of the best we have tasted in Indonesia, especially the Thai Experience. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a luxury hotel, good value for money & a beautiful view of the ocean.

Staff customer service exceeded our expectations.
Breakfast was vast and of a very high quality.
Guests common facilities (gardens, pool, restaurants) are impeccable.
Staff really care about the guest, is genuine. They are not just doing their job but struggle to make you feel comfortable.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and go again if I have the opportunity.

Very friendly staff, always helpful and very nice to our little baby girl. The villa, pool and surroundings were meticulously cleaned multiple times per day. The circular pool shared by the villas works well, gives a sense of privacy being at the back of the villa but is big enough to have a real swim. -
