  Very new and clean. Amazing helpfully staff, good English, central location. Pool was perfect. Great service of the rooms. Happy for us to leave our bags at hotel while we traveled to island. - The facilities are new, clean and well designed. The staff went out of their way to make sure my needs were taken care of.   Willingness of staff to help - when the elevators didn't work due to planned maintenance - they quickly brought the suitcase to the room. Breakfast was great with lots of varieties and most of the time the food is different every day. Location is along the main road so it's very accessible - Loved the staff!   The staff made everything possible in their hands and even beyond to make our stay perfect. The resort had everything needed for a wonderful quiet honeymoon. Breakfast was wonderful (western and asaian) with wide varieties. - Big room, good breakfast , opposite beachclub -TAO- with very good restaurant .

  The staff are amazingly friendly! Very accomadating and understanding. When we were checking in the check in payment was to be paid but I only had $ AU cash at the time .. so they allowed me to pay later in the night after I had converted my cash to the local currency. Breakfast was also superb with a range of variety every morning! The best th - We enjoyed the private pool in the room although my children also swim at the public pool. 2 LCD TV also allow me & my children to watch our own favourite movies and cartoons channels. All staff is very friendly and well manner. My booking did not include breakfast.So I bought it from the reception counter for a fee of 2 aldults and FOC for my 3 kids for 4 days. Food at the Padi-Padi restaurant was nice too. I would strongly recommend to my friends in future,
