  Very clean and well maintained room and hotel grounds. Loved free WiFi and Internet access. Loved free parking, free bicycle loaners, two pools/saunas. Playground across the street. Lots of markets, coffee shops and misc. Stores nearby, very convenient. The staff was 100% awesome! The views spectacular and the surrounding area felt very safe. Loved the location of the hotel, and the overall comf - Great location for sea world visit. There was a problem at our initial check in which wasn't good. However I have to say that the manageress stepped in and resolved the matter with a real customer focus in trying to ensure we had a good stay. For me this is when a hotels reputation stands or falls in how they go about resolving problems. Staff were a credit to the company and I would def recommend to others Thank you

  It is a beautiful hotel and had a lot of things to do. We were only there 1 night but fully enjoyed it. - very clean the stuff was very helpful, kids friendly

  Our stay was wonderful, the staff at the hotel were so friendly and accommodating. Janine the front desk manager sent us a bottle of Champaign for my husbands 60th birthday! That was just so sweet.   I enjoyed the walks I took by the sea. Beautiful, safe and convenient. Bed and rooms very comfortable. Having spa services available is a plus. - I liked and enjoyed the facilities in the hotel, I'm a outdoor person, and I found many of things to do over there.
