Great hosts. Felt homely but not like you were in someone else's home. Bedding, pictures, lampshades etc. brought a modern touch to this 3 storey town house. Sea view from our bedroom. Within only a few metres of shops, restaurants and the beach. Couldn't have wished for more. Breakfast wonderful: selection of hot food made to order, same with the free flowing tea & coffee, cereals, fruit & toast. Attentive but not invasive hosts. The hotel is situated right in the middle of one of the most iconic Georgian buildings in the UK. The decor of the hotel is certainly in keeping with the grandeur of its location and the spa and restaurant were faultless.
The service provided by the staff was impeccable - which is a first in my experience! All the staff were warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

been in this hotel for very long but are making it a very nice place to
stay , they do everything they can to make your stay a pleasant one and
nothing seams too much trouble , we did not use the restaurant as the

Hotel room and hotel in general very clean. Breakfast was good but a bit
overpriced at £12. Car parking on site adequate. Room was cold on
arrival and told heating was off, but electric heater delivered to room
promptly and problem solved.

From the moment we arrived, service was impeccable, the room was lovely (modern, clean and large) and our stay was delightful. We came for a relaxing time and we sure had one.

Lovely setting, beautiful building which thankfully has been furnished in the fashion that the manor was originally intended. Beautiful period features. We stayed At Holbrook house from 5th of may to the 7th on a bank holiday weekend Holbrook was charming and quite beautiful we stayed in kingsbury which has a great view of the back garden. The decor was a little tired in the bedroom but the bathroom was brand new and the bed was really comfortable! we really enjoyed our stay at Holbrook House and would definitely stay there again.

House very clean, large rooms, nice neutral décor, ample parking. We didn't meet the owner but communication was good - he phoned to check we had arrived and the property was to our satisfaction. We didn't get a chance to cook but the kitchen facilities seemed fine. We had the property to ourselves as we were renting all four of the bedrooms. -

There was plenty of room to relax and a good supply of hot water. Everything was spotlessly clean and fresh flowers everywhere.
