My husband and I just had a wonderful couple of nights at Oldfields.
What made it so special was how friendly the staff are - making us tea/biscuits on arrival and when we got back from a long day out the following afternoon, and giving us helpful info on Bath (where to go, where to eat out etc.).

From the moment we stepped in, the place was inviting. The check-in process was fast and easy as they were expecting us and I only needed to provide my first name...no annoying paperwork. The room was small, but clean, which is most important! We only stayed one night and spent most of time exploring Bath so the size of the room didn't hinder our comfort. Breakfast was great...much better than I have found at a hotel buffet and they have a menu from which you can order for eggs and pancake

Everything was of a very high standard. Our room was lovely and comfortable with lots of space - our hostess was very friendly - breakfast was delicious. We would recommend staying at Mill House, particularly if you are attending a wedding at Coombe Lodge which is very close. -

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. Parking was easy. Free speedy internet access. Everything! We stayed for one night and were pleased for the whole experience. It was a lovely Georgian House situated on top of a hill overlooking the countryside. It has been kept in an excellent condition along with some modern fittings, such as a lush en-suite for the master bedroom (recommended).

Thanks so much to Ian and Alison for a great stay in their B&B and we were very appreciative of their warm hospitality and comfortable accommodation. We felt like we were part of their family coming home for a few days stay. I would thoroughly recommend High Beeches as a great spot to stay, with the bus to Bath just nearby and a good pub with meals within walking distance

We stayed at Hill House on a 4 day bank holiday weekend during our two week tour of England. It was the best b&b we stayed at during the trip.
Room #5 was a hike to get to on the third floor but worth it. The room was tastefully decorated with just enough space for our needs. The shower only bathroom was spacious and modern. The room was quite quiet with a great view.
