  The staff at this hotel were fantastically polite, helpful and attentive - there was initially a problem with our room, and we were immediately upgraded by the superb reception manager into a suite that had access to a butler. The spa is excellent, the room comfortable.... If only other hotels were as good as this. - I loved the fact that we could... ce que les gens disent » get up in the morning and head straight to the indoor pool, outdoor pool/spa and sauna/steam rooms. From the moment we arrived, service was impeccable, the room was lovely (modern, clean and large) and our stay was delightful. We came for a relaxing time and we sure had one.

  Wasnt actually a hotel, caravan type stay, have own key, parking by side, as well as bed, and en suite small table and chairs,central heating, tv and kettle including sachets of teas coffee and milk. Small problem at first but within 5 minutes sorted....excellent staff and customer service....got a problem they are happy to help and sort out...fri... ce que les gens disent » endly and help......5 ducks came outside and to be honest my wife fed them, so lovely and friendly ( ducks aswell as staff !) - Good Price. Accommodation was better than expected. Booked in and room was ready 3 hours early. Very clean and fresh. Even scented bin liner and ultra quilted toilet paper. Also had a fridge to keep your drinks cool. ( Bonus ) We were situated next to the green and lake, where the ducks were very friendly. Did not have chance to use restaurant or club, which is a shame. Have already recommended to a few people. A*****
