From the moment we stepped in, the place was inviting. The check-in process was fast and easy as they were expecting us and I only needed to provide my first name...no annoying paperwork. The room was small, but clean, which is most important! We only stayed one night and spent most of time exploring Bath so the size of the room didn't hinder our comfort. Breakfast was great...much better than I have found at a hotel buffet and they have a menu from which you can order for eggs and pancake

Excellent location for airport. Cosy, well presented room. Friendly check in even on late evening arrival.
Liked the separate accommodation in garden, felt like we really had our own place.
Cheap, cheerful and everything needed for a quick night before airport, which is within walking distance, literally 5 mins away.

Very comfportable accommodation and you had your own entrance which meant you could come and go as you pleased. Owners very friendly. Place very clean and everything you could want fora comfortable, relaxing break. Would definitely stay again.

Very friendly owners - nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend this bed & breakfast. Lovely room, good selection of continental breakfast, great communication with the owners - cannot fault. 10/10

No restaurant but there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

Almost everything. The staff were courteous, the room was a good size and comfortable, and the location was very close to Clark's village.

One of the nicest bed and breakfasts we have been fortunate enough to stay in. A lovely warm, friendly welcome from Debbie and Nigel, both perfect hosts. You are made to feel very much at home and nothing is too much trouble for them. Debbie even provided toys for our little two year old, Alfie, to play with.

The B&B was lovely, and the breakfast was the best we had in ages (and we do travel a fair bit!). We had a 13 months old with us, and nothing was too much trouble for the owner - even storing our little one's fridge in the kitchen and bringing it outside our door at 7am for his morning drink. What a lovely home! I was made to feel welcome on arrival and was looked after until the time I left. It was ideal for me travelling solo, but, having seen the other doubles, I am sure my wife would have appreciated the comfortable surroundings. A clean, comfortable B&B. We really appreciated the friendliness of Hugh and Jenny who went out of their way to make us feel at home. A good traditional breakfast. Overall, an extremely good place to stay which we recommend.
