The owners were really friendly, and as they weren't full they gave me an upgrade from the smallest room on the top floor to a larger room on a lower floor. There was fruit in the room as well as tea, coffee and bottled water, and free WiFi too. I couldn't fault the service, and as I was staying midweek and at the back of the hotel, I wasn't affec

Everything - the very large comfortable bed, the spacious room, the spotless bathroom. The owner was very accommodating - I asked for a vegetarian cooked breakfast and this was prepared for me, and it was superb! I would recommend this hotel to others without hesitation.

It was all so homely and another worldy. Loved our bedroom number 8 overlooking the square. Yes, there was a little bit of traffic noise and mild rowdy youths reclaiming their car at night BUT it was atmospheric to feel part of a community. I loved it and I am usually adverse to noise.

The hotel building is beautiful outside and just a short walk from the River Thames at the back. The rooms are very spacious and the beds comfortable. Lechlade is a very attractive Cotswold village, with lovely houses and church.

These apartments are very well appointed and are located close to Montpellier. We had an issue originally because we were allocated an apartment on the top floor which meant a climb involving 64 stairs We asked to be moved and to be fair the management did manage to accommodate us on the ground floor for the final two days of a four day booking.

What a stunning and beautifully presented apartment. We stayed in Apt 4 which had two bedrooms and an upper floor with gorgeous lounge and well equipped kitchen. We could live here!!! Fantastic. It has set the benchmark for all apartments we hope to find in the future and so convenient for central Cheltenham.

Excellent petit-déjeuner - A pub with good food, clean accomodation, friendly staff and altogether a most enjoyable stay. Only 10 minutes at the most from Cribb's Causeway. - A good choice of meals and real ales served in the bar, a very comfortable and clean bedroom and a good selection of breakfast items.
