The hotel was nice and modern and we received a good welcome on our arrival. Good parking facilities and the bar was also a nice surprise! We walked into the town centre during the day (approx. 10 mins), however, a taxi was necessary during the evening. Le décor de l'appart était très bien; des meubles IKEA bien choisis. Par contre, il n'y avait pas de produits pour nettoyer la salle de bain et il n'y a pas d'aéraion dans cette salle de bain. Il y'avait très peu de linge de toilette; Dans ce genre d'appart hotel, il est important d'avoir des affaires de ménage ( balai, éponge, serpierre etc) . - W

These apartments are very well appointed and are located close to Montpellier. We had an issue originally because we were allocated an apartment on the top floor which meant a climb involving 64 stairs We asked to be moved and to be fair the management did manage to accommodate us on the ground floor for the final two days of a four day booking.

What a stunning and beautifully presented apartment. We stayed in Apt 4 which had two bedrooms and an upper floor with gorgeous lounge and well equipped kitchen. We could live here!!! Fantastic. It has set the benchmark for all apartments we hope to find in the future and so convenient for central Cheltenham.

The owners were very accomodating and friendly, the apartment was spacious and clean with wooden flooring and leather sofa. The kitchen was fully equipped and manuals were at hand in case of a problem. The entertainment system was top of the range with huge flat screen tv, dvd player, cable and free wifi internet access. - Checked in around 10.30 a

The apartment was good, well secured and nearness to the shopping center. The place was large enough and had mostly all that is needed for short stay. That was our 2nd time of using this facility -

Despite my very last minute booking on the afternoon of my planned visit, Sue and Adrian gave us a very warm welcome and everything was ready for our arrival. We had a generous welcome pack, including flowers which was lovely. -

Loved the whole place. Beautiful surroundings, fabulous accommodation, wonderfully clean & fresh bedding. The location is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Slaughters Country Inn and the tranquil surroundings of what is a stunning village. The staff were very welcoming, very friendly and attentive throughout the stay. Our room, in the main building, had beautiful views over the rear garden and ponds. Self catering apartments were good as usual- some improvements noticeable eg outdoor table and chairs for relaxing on the deck, door wedges provided. All the usual niceties too like plenty of tea and coffee, toiletries, water and fruit in the gym, towels provided in th pool area etc -

Close to centre of town. Long stay parking nearby if you can't get one of attached parking spots. Loved the studio apartment in the garden, it was just right for us. Shame it was too cold or wet to sit outside. -

La situation de l'hôtel - Breakfast was excellent and beautifully cooked. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was central with parking which was great for the shops. Also there was a small but comfortable bar with tv. - Everything. The staff were so helpful and they helped to make it extra special for my husbands surprise birthday.
