Staff were very attentive. From checking in to departure all was excellent.
Small things like travel mints and water in car were just nice touches.

The staff was truly remarkable- they saw to every need and then did more. Your comfort and attention to detail was the top priority but offered in a personal way. The restaurant and staff offered fine dining that was fresh, delicious, and again remarkable. The family- run care was evident. -

We were returning after our son's wedding in London - this broke our journey. Our stay here was fantastic. If we were able to we would of stated longer.
I strongly advise eating here also as the good is simple devine.
We ordered breakfast in bed which just made every morning just that little bit more special.
We will defiantly stay here again. Great staff, fantastic location. I can find nothing but good things to say.

Although we only stayed overnight we found the whole experience very relaxing. The staff were very polite and helpful.The rooms we had were spotlessly clean and very comfortable.The bed was fantastic and had a great nights sleep!!!! -

Considerate, affable and accommodating staff were present throughout the hotel, from reception to the restauarant. Food was very pleasant, and the general atmosphere was well established and maintained. It was the first time we had travelled with a young baby and staff were very supportive initially over the telephone then in person, providing a travel cot in the room and a high chair at meal times.
