Everything - the very large comfortable bed, the spacious room, the spotless bathroom. The owner was very accommodating - I asked for a vegetarian cooked breakfast and this was prepared for me, and it was superb! I would recommend this hotel to others without hesitation.

We had an issue originally because we were allocated an apartment on the top floor which meant a climb involving 64 stairs We asked to be moved and to be fair the management did manage to accommodate us on the ground floor for the final two days of a four day booking.

What a stunning and beautifully presented apartment. We stayed in Apt 4 which had two bedrooms and an upper floor with gorgeous lounge and well equipped kitchen. We could live here!!! Fantastic. It has set the benchmark for all apartments we hope to find in the future and so convenient for central Cheltenham.
