Me and my friend Abbie got soaked from the rain at pleasure beach and staff offered to dry out clothes as we had nothing else to wear and were given jumpers from Sophie (a staff member) to borrow until they were dry. Very clean and beds where super comfy. Towels and tea an coffee where provided along with shower gel and handwas. Only bad thing was the bathroom had a really funny smell sometimes like the drains where blocked. Room was spaceous for 3 girls. Definatly stay again

  We found our stay very cosy and homely. All the staff was very friendly. We have taken our grand children to blackpool for the last 4 year for a mimi break and we have finally found the best hotel.
