  Me , my wife and my 1 year old child stayed in this hotel during this weekend and I must say after reading an above review - I was very reluctant in booking this hotel! But because of the amazing price which was literally a bargain during this festive month! I finally went ahead with a weekend booking! Fantastic hosts who are so helpfull and the room we stayed in was spacious enough for 3 of us - Extremely satisfied with the location just 2 min walking distance from the pleasure beach, south shore and the train station. We recieved a very warm welcome from the owner . He helped us find parking on time and assisted us with our bags.the staff was friendly , efficient and helpful. The rooms were good sized according to the price that we paid.the bathrooms cleaned and tidy with washed mats.   We liked the location of the hotel. It was easily accessible from the tram and close to shops and other amenities. Even though they were in the middle of renovation, we were given a ground floor room, and not inconvenienced. - Been to this hotel before, and will definatley use again.   The staff were very friendly; we were greeted with a warm welcome and a hot drink while the hotel owner, Kim, sorted out our reservation. We were also offered a discount if we stay with them for another trip in the future, which is much appreciated. The location of the hotel was excellent - right opposite the beach and a short walk from the central pier. A lovel - Owner was very polite and charming, welcomed us in and made the checking in procedure easy. Rooms were lovely, small but very cosy and when all your wanting is a bed for the night it's perfect! Right in the middle of the promenade so perfect location with everything in short walking distance. Would highly recommend the hotel!!
