The hotel was excellent in everyway! the rooms were very clean and keep to a high standard thoughout our stay, the food again excellent and the proprietors are very warm and friendly, they made a good holiday great. would definitely reccomend this hotel if your staying in blackpool. We found our stay very cosy and homely. All the staff was very friendly. We have taken our grand children to blackpool for the last 4 year for a mimi break and we have finally found the best hotel. So good that we have booked for next september. -

Moe and Jimmy were the nicest couple you could ever wish to meet.
Nothing that was asked for was any problem at all.
I only had one issue with the tv which was my own fault as I couldn't see the on switch right under my nose! Jimmy came and showed us where it was cheerfully and I didn't feel like too much of a muppet :-)

The hotel was ran by a couple who were more than helpful. On arrival one
of the bathroom lights were out and it got fixed straight away. The
rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable and we had a great view
overlooking the beach and south pier. It is a great location for the
Pleasure Beach as a couple of minutes walk away and right across the
road is the tram stop. The breakfast was lovely, was a full scottish and
not greasy, cooked just perfect. The hotel has a front room with a bar

We stayed 05/08-12/08/13 in room 8 which is a family room. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids bunk bed were in a inter-connecting room with tv etc so the privacy at night was a bonus! The staff were all brill and made us feel very welcome at all times. I enjoyed staying in the hotel they were super friendly with the children the food was fantastic the room was very clean and efficient and the staff were very welcoming we as a family would definitely stay there again in fact we are going back in the summerfor longer this time. This hotel definitely deserves a five star for a wonderful service and hygiene.

Rooms were simply furnised but tasteful, beds were very comfortable.
Proprietors were extremely welcoming and helpful answering queries on where to dine etc.
Location is off a side street, we had no sea view but good location - close to promenade ,pie and pleasure beach -

I booked the last available room. It was comfortable, sparkling clean, and just what we wanted for a weekend break. The staff were friendly and helpful, and really nice. The location of the hotel was ideal, close to the tram stop so the car could be left parked at the hotel, near to the Pleasure Beach, and yet quiet. -
