We often come to Blackpool for a long weekend during the illuminations but hadn't stayed in the Henson before. There were 5 of us, all family, in 3 separate rooms and we were well taken care of from day one. I booked the last available room. It was comfortable, sparkling clean, and just what we wanted for a weekend break. The staff were friendly and helpful, and really nice. The location of the hotel was ideal, close to the tram stop so the car could be left parked at the hotel, near to the Pleasure Beach, and yet quiet. -

Lovely location in residential area just one street back from promenade and less than 5 minute walk to Pleasure Beach. Owners friendly and very efficient. Breakfast was excellent and so was bar meal at night. We had our dog with us and she was very welcome in hotel. We hope to return again to this lovely hotel. -

The prices are a little higher than some other hotels in the area but definitely worth it in my opinion for the friendly service, comfortable rooms and the cleanliness throughout.

One of the cheapest hotels in Blackpool and the staff are very friendly so a great deal. As we all have worked in the hotel business we appreciated what a good standard this hotel has with the limited resources there

Myself and my partnrreally enjoyd our stay. We cae out of season and most places where closed but we werent too bothered because we only came for a night away. The hotel was very clean and the staff where very friendly and helpfull. Highly recomend
