Everything! Room was clean, staff were very friendly and made sure we always had everything we needed. Me and my friend Abbie got soaked from the rain at pleasure beach and staff offered to dry out clothes as we had nothing else to wear and were given jumpers from Sophie (a staff member) to borrow until they were dry. First impressions whete great nice clean lobby and staff where very helpful letting us store our luggage and carrying it up the stairs for us. Room was excellent. Very clean and beds where super comfy. Towels and tea an coffee where provided along with shower gel and handwas. Only bad thing was the bathroom had a really funny smell sometimes like the drains where blocked. Room was spaceous for 3 girls. Definatly stay again

We stayed 05/08-12/08/13 in room 8 which is a family room. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids bunk bed were in a inter-connecting room with tv etc so the privacy at night was a bonus! The staff were all brill and made us feel very welcome at all times. I enjoyed staying in the hotel they were super friendly with the children the food was fantastic the room was very clean and efficient and the staff were very welcoming we as a family would definitely stay there again in fact we are going back in the summerfor longer this time. This hotel definitely deserves a five star for a wonderful service and hygiene.

The location is great,the pleasure beach only a 5 minute walk and away from the noise of the centre. I was very pleasantly surprised on arrival as I wasn't expecting too much! the apartments are pet friendly and are fully equipped, more than the average self catering, nice and clean. The owner and his staff were polite, friendly and very helpful.

Quiet and convenient location with car parking right outside the door yet only 5 minutes walk to the Pleasure Beach. Very clean, plenty of hot water and well equipped. Dog friendly, at no extra cost, with grassed area opposite the apartment for last wee of the night.
