The look of the building is every inviting.. ''olde worlde ''more like a castle..in a nice suberb of liverpool.. nice friendly helpful staff & a varied menu with plenty of beers on tap...our room was large-ish with en-suite bathroom T.V. Tea making facilities & very peaceful nights sleep ... breakfast is traditional english or just cereal'

Welcome when i arrived was friendly and very warm.
The size of the room i booked.
The huge car park meant my car was safe.
The helpfullness of the staff,even getting an extra heater for our room(it would have been fine for us but my 12 week old son was complaining).
The pub and food downstairs was reasonably priced and tastey,and full of locals.
The bed was super comfy.
The security;we had a room key,corridor key and frobt door key. I felt safe here.

Very friendly and attentive staff.
Room was small but clean and tidy, the bathroom was also very small but it still met all my needs for the two nights I was there.
Despite being a weekend it was quiet around the rooms and I wasn't disturbed. I was able to access wifi in my room which wasn't expected and may not be the case for all but was a bonus

Cooked breakfast was excellent, with tea and toast and great value for money. -
Staff were excellent. Couldn't do enough for us.Provided us with full english even though we came down half an hour after published breakfast time !! Breakfast was good. Hotel very clean throughout and very comfy bed. Iron and board in room - nice touch, Not many hotels do that and we always need them !!

We weren't leaving Liverpool until 5:30 on the day that we checked out and we didn't have to check out until then as the apartment wasn't in use that night. If ever in Liverpool again,will defintately stay there again and would highly recommend it.

The Boat was fantastic, I booked it as a surprise for my daughter's 18th birthday and she stayed with a group of her friends. They were all absolutely thrilled and the location was perfect for their night out in Liverpool. They started with 2 for 1 cocktails at Gusto a minutes walk away followed by a meal and then walked into the city to the bars

We wanted something different & the Titanic Boat was just that, we only stayed 1 night as it was fully booked, would have been nice to stay longer it was luxury for the whole family our children age 9& 16 both loved it too, we had quality family time on the boat then enjoyed the sights of Liverpool the next day. Definatly recommended.

all good, bed was comfortable, there was a large en-suite with an excellent shower. Large tv, good tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast was cooked fresh.
Overall I had a fantastic nights sleep with excellent facilites. The staff were also helpful and friendly. Would reccommend.

It was a lovely place, we requested a ground floor room,(as I use a stick) we were given room 12, the family room, it was a lovely size room, and just off the bar, but nice and quiet.
The breakfast was served in the bright and airy bar. It was a good breakfast and all made fresh.

The rooms were very clean and user friendly. They had obviously recently been refurbished as were the bathrooms. The shower was huge - very luxurious. Loved the friendly atmosphere of the pub area downstairs which also included a heated terrace area out the front. Breakfast was good. Free parking on site. Only 10 minute walk into town. Hôtel bien situé - The staff were very welcoming and accommodating of my requirements. They made every effort to ensure that may stay was one to remember - definitely one which will be repeated due to it's convenient and prime location. - Hotel very well presented/decorated, I had a nice large comfortable room. The staff were friendly, informative and very accommodating. It was a really pleasant atmosphere and a lovely location. Also we had dinner on Saturday which started a little late as we were a large group and the restaurant was quite full - we got to dessert and the waiter made it for us as the chef had finished for the day - superb service and more than could be expected.
