I arrived at 1.30 in the morning and was a little anxious trying to find the entrance but when I entered the hotel my anxiety diminished and I fell into the lovely bed encased in soft linens; such a restful atmosphere. We had a problem with the television in the room and even though we had
to relocate to another room, I should like to express our sincere
gratitude to katie who was exceptional pleasant & consumately
professional, also being attentive throughout. We shall undoubtedly be
making a return visit. The location and parking facility being perfect
for our requirements.

Everything. However, letsbookhotel.com made a mistake! You did not have my surname correct, i.e. van Breemen, therefore at first the receptionist said I was not booked in which caused me some stress momentarily. I was travelling with my two grandchildren and you had told premier inn that it was a couple, so they had to get another suitable room

The room and WC was spotless clean.
Despite being very close to the airport the rooms are properly insulated against noise which added to a very comfortable bed gave us what they promise: a great night's sleep!
The hotel is ideally located and very close to the airport, however bear in mind you should leave the airport complex and most important, if you are using your sat nav, the post code is wrong and it will take you to a parking inside the airport complex.

I am not usually a fan of Holiday Inn's, but this one is exceptional. The staff are friendly, the rooms clean and modern, the WiFi isnt expensive, the food is good, and the breakfast is very tasty,.The location is first class. The location is very good, near the boat museum which is well worth a visit and also the boat trip excursion. The staff were very helpful and the hotel had a nice relaxing feeling about it. The three course evening meal deal was good value for money. There is also the use of a gym and sauna.

The look of the building is every inviting.. ''olde worlde ''more like a castle..in a nice suberb of liverpool.. nice friendly helpful staff & a varied menu with plenty of beers on tap...our room was large-ish with en-suite bathroom T.V. Welcome when i arrived was friendly and very warm.
The size of the room i booked.
The huge car park meant my car was safe.
The helpfullness of the staff,even getting an extra heater for our room(it would have been fine for us but my 12 week old son was complaining).
The pub and food downstairs was reasonably priced and tastey,and full of locals.
The bed was super comfy.
The security;we had a room key,corridor key and frobt door key. I felt safe here.

Dès que nous sommes arrivé tout était prêt, nous n'avons pas attendu, on nous a bien conseillé et secondé pour la réservation du taxi...L'accueil a été très agréable. - Food was superb, location was great and very close to the station. Location - easily off the motorway and quiet. Staff were extremely
helpful. A previous user of our room had been smoking and the room still
smelt very much of smoke. The staff were very apologetic and gave us
free breakfast as compensation as the hotel was fully booked. They
handled this situation perfectly. -

Coudn't really fault it for £45, had a large double room with an
adjoining room containing two singles and a cot. Beds were comfy,
pillows were really comfy (something I'm picky about).. Had a shower
and a bath, both fine. Room was clean, Free Wifi (took a bit to get

The accommodation was spacious ,very comfortable bed and bathroom new. Wonderful shower .Staff exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Breakfast excellent plenty of choice. A wonderful personal family run hotel. Highly recommend to anyone. Great location quiet and for seeing the Wirrel and Chester. Easy to find. -
