  Coudn't really fault it for £45, had a large double room with an adjoining room containing two singles and a cot. Beds were comfy, pillows were really comfy (something I'm picky about).. Had a shower and a bath, both fine. Room was clean, Free Wifi (took a bit to get working but got there).. Free Parking.
