We were 4 seniors on a fly-drive junket and very pleased with our unit. Clean and tidy, well maintained, kitchen adequate for our needs, clean towels and crisp bed linen and the surrounding grounds testament to a well kept hotel. Everything, it was our best hotel in New Zealand. The apartment was
huge, clean and extremely comfortable. We were a family with 2 children
under 3 and grandparents too and we could all have our space. The
apartment had 2 floors, 2 panoramic balconies looking at the lake, 3
bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 upstairs rooms. Easy access
from the garage to the room through an elevator. I would highly
recommend it!

Nicely located near to the lake, close enough to the city yet far from the noise. Fantastic facilities (washing machine & dryer, Flatscreen TVs in living area and room etc) and very well equiped kitchen with dish washer, oven and microwave. Overall a very comfortable and hassle free stay with excellent value of money! Will definitely recommend

Had an amazing time! Staff were great and rooms perfect! Really couldnt ask for more! Very close to the town (5min walk) in a nice quiet location with stunning views of the lake and snow capped mountains. Great value for money for anyone from families to groups of friends to business trips. We will stay there again for sure!

This is a review of the family unit/ studio unit for 4 persons. This studio unit is very good value for money for 4 persons compared to another room we had also stayed in ( a private twin/ double for 3 persons which was rather cramped ). It is spacious, has parking just outside the unit and comes equipped with ensuite bathroom and a kitchenette.

Excellent place to go with a large party as you can hire out all the rooms within one unit and consume alcohol from any hour throughout the day, unlike all the other hostel/backpackers that like to have a curfew, very close to town, very comfortable and stress free stay!! A++

This is the best accommodation in Queenstown. Views from apartment 16 were breathtaking. Andrew, who is probably the manger, is an absolutely helpful and nice person. Interior design of the apartment is incredible and the colours are so comforty for the eyes and stylish. The hotel offers free internet, yummy sweets on arrival and there was a free iPhone app works as a guide and offers advice on activities in QT. SIMPLY THE BEST, SIMPLY COMING BACK.

Excellent accommodation, great value. Was upgraded to a lakefront suite, with absolutely breath taking views. Would stay again, hope to be upgraded next time also. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Value for money.

We booked a room with Lake view and asked for a balcony. We got both, with a friendly smile at our arrival. The extra cost for the stunning lake view is worth while. The location is excellent, in walking distance to Queenstown centre, ski gear rentals, cafes, eateries and supermarket. The staff were friendly. The hotel is good, the rooms good, with enough space for two people and two (open) suitcases + trolleys and still room to circulate. It had tea and coffee facilities and a little fridge.

Up on a small hill, you have a beautiful view over the lake, and you are a bit outside but still close enough to the busy town centre. The room setup is a little old-fashioned in a positive sense (hooks on the door, coat hangers etc). Breakfast was delicious (fruits!). -

My two night stay was really enjoyable. All the staff were helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a good stay. One lady photocopied some sudoku because I had used all the ones I had brought. Bruno is a great barman. Breakfast was superb!

The service of the moteliers-they welcomed us warmly even though we arrived quite late. The heaters were on, and because it was a cold night it was wonderful to go into a warm room. We were treated very well, including being invited into their accommodation to watch the America's Cup race on their larger screen. -

I loved where the resort is located, being able to access the lake and the surrounding hills. The room I had was gorgeous, beautiful thick carpet, clean and modern and quiet at night, I like how the accommodation is in houses surrounding an inclave. Delicious food and an extremely cold beer served in a long glass was very pleasing.

Loved how friendly the owners were and all the special touches such as the open fire in the lounge room, the hot tub, free tea/coffee, beautiful bfasts every morning. The place was beautiful, short walk I to town/lake and we were made to feel so welcome... Also liked how there was free home made cakes everyday...

Our room was large and very comfortable. The owners have thought of every little detail to make us feel at home. There was even a rack to hang your laundry if it was not quite dry. Our chalet was roomy, comfortable and well-equipped. The owner/manager, Bridget, is a gem. She gave us a warm welcome and could not have been more helpful. The motel has a quiet location about 10 min walk from the lake. This was our second stay and we would happily return.
