The location is great right on the sea front in the centre of skegness.Our room was a double sea view with a balcony which was just great.Very clean and comfortable nice and quite to say it was on the sea front.Breakfast was loverly plenty of choice and the english breakfast was one of the best.Overall we cant wait to return and recommend this hot

We had been invited down for a family wedding and were able to change into our attire upon arrival. The room was comfortable a little cramped but more than adequate for the one night stay. Plenty of tea/coffee in the room. Breakfast was very nice and a grand selection of items to choose from. Staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay.

Owners very friendly and obliging. Was hugely impressed with the excellent directions I was given after, typically, getting lost on the sea front.
Very comfortable bed and I liked the entry pad on the front door, although it might be a good idea to replace the panel as the numbers are starting to fade!

Having decided to visit Skegness for the weekend we found Belle View on letsbookhotel.com and having read the reviews decided this was the one for us. Certainly we were not disappointed as from arrival to departure our stay was wonderful in this very friendly, clean and comfortable hotel. The position of the hotel was excellent as it was within easy walking distance of beach, town shops, cafes & restaurants etc., so no need to take the car if you didn't want to.

The staff could not do enough for us and made us most welcome and comfortable. My partner is an invalid but there was no problems as there was a stair lift to our bedroom.The breakfast was the best we have had in a hotel. Pat & Adrian are a very friendly couple who genuinely care about their customers. We were originally booked into room 2 on the second floor, when they saw that my wife had difficulty climbing the stairs, they immediately offered us the ground floor room without even being asked, even though that room needed to have it's final clean & check

The location, the guesthouse itself, the room was excellent, clean, spacious and comfortable. The proprietors were very homely and welcoming. The prices were very reasonable. The food was excellent and plenty of it. You could choose absolutely any combination for breakfast. Highly recommend this B&B

The Stoneleigh hotel was lovely. Jan & rodger are really friendly & make you feel so welcome. The hotel is nice & peaceful just the environment we wanted for our romantic weekend away without our kids.

this has to be the cleanest,warmest and friendliest place we have stayed in.Jan and Roger made us very welcome and were very informative.The breakfast was a real treat,tasty.fresh and plentiful.especially the fruit salad.The room was a good size,light and relaxing,We had requested a bath en suite and were not disappointed.We would definately return to The Stoneleigh and absolutely recomend it to everyone wanting a break in Skegness.

As soon as we arrived at the B&B we were greeted by rob who was really friendly and welcoming ... We were shown to our room Ron insisted on carrying our bags up the stairs for us . The couple that run this place are very warm an welcoming! Me and my friend (not boyfriend but the closest tick box was young couple as we were not a large group)shared a twin room which was decorated well considering price and location. The breakfast was spot on and good quality. Really pleasant place to be. I would highly recommend this place as the people who run it really do know the meaning of good service/ hospitality!

Lovely staff who were happy to help out with directions, recommendations for restaurants and so on! My partner even got given a card on his birthday which was touching! As a young couple it was also nice to have our own key so we could come and go as we pleased. We will definitely return if we visit Skegness again. -

Breakfast was excellent. - Hotel offers fantastic value for money.The four poster room we stayed in was of an excellent standard for price and the owners were particuarly helpful when my partner fell ill on the morning of our departure although full that evening they allowed us to keep our room till 12pm despite their new guests being due at 1pm.For standard,food,service etc highly recommend it.

Stayed here for one night with my fiancee. We really enjoyed our stay , really welcoming and lovely people. Comfortable home from home atmosphere. The breakfast was EXCELLENT all freshly cooked to order by themselves. Location brilliant- 5 minute walk from hustle and bustle. Quiet and relaxing. Will definately be booking again . The staff where friendly and accomodated our need for an earlier breakfast, and the location was brilliant with the added bonus of private parking which meant we did not have to pay to park in town because it was a short 5 minute walk.
