The Stoneleigh hotel was lovely. Jan & rodger are really friendly & make you feel so welcome. The hotel is nice & peaceful just the environment we wanted for our romantic weekend away without our kids.
The hotel us spotlessly clean has lovely room with a lovely bathroom or shower room.

this has to be the cleanest,warmest and friendliest place we have stayed in.Jan and Roger made us very welcome and were very informative.The breakfast was a real treat,tasty.fresh and plentiful.especially the fruit salad.The room was a good size,light and relaxing,We had requested a bath en suite and were not disappointed.We would definately return to The Stoneleigh and absolutely recomend it to everyone wanting a break in Skegness.

Lovely staff who were happy to help out with directions, recommendations for restaurants and so on! My partner even got given a card on his birthday which was touching! As a young couple it was also nice to have our own key so we could come and go as we pleased. We will definitely return if we visit Skegness again. -

The owners went out of there way to make sure we had everything we needed and had an enjoyable stay. They were on hand -
Me and my 15 yr old son recently stayed here. The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly and the atmosphere among all the guests mirrored this. We only had the breakfast, but it was lovely and set us up for the day ahead. Our room was clean and spacious, warm and daily attention was given to it by chris and melanie. I couldnt fault any of our stay.

Warm,friendly welcome from the owners, with an invitation to sit and enjoy a welcoming pot of tea, and discuss our requirements for breakfast. We liked everything about this hotel, and despite the atrocious weather outside, we enjoyed our stay at Skegness.

The proprietors were friendly, knowledgable of the area and gave us good advice and directions for all the local amenities.
The hotel had a very friendly and warm atmostphere, almost home from home.
The rooms were immaculate and the breakfast excellent, hot and substantial.

Stayed here for one night with my fiancee. We really enjoyed our stay , really welcoming and lovely people. Comfortable home from home atmosphere. The breakfast was EXCELLENT all freshly cooked to order by themselves. Location brilliant- 5 minute walk from hustle and bustle. Quiet and relaxing. Will definately be booking again . Having decided to visit Skegness for the weekend we found Belle View on letsbookhotel.com and having read the reviews decided this was the one for us. Certainly we were not disappointed as from arrival to departure our stay was wonderful in this very friendly, clean and comfortable hotel. The position of the hotel was excellent as it was within easy walking distance of beach, town shops, cafes & restaurants etc., so no need to take the car if you didn't want to.

Mark and Teresa were both very friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault them as hosts. The room was fine and the location is excellent, near to the beach and restaurants but quiet.
Recommended.
Skegness is a good base for seashore walks. South to Gibratar point or North to Mablethorpe..Beautiful salt-marshes and beaches. -

The B&B was located at a quiet end of the main road, so not a lot of people/pub or traffic noise but still only a 5-10 minutes walk to the Theatre and attractions. The location is fantastic, we had a nice sea view and its literally a minutes walk from the main shops/pubs/amausements. Our room was spacious, had plenty of tea and coffee, milk etc. The room was nice and warm.
We didnt opt for breakfast so cant comment on that. The owner was friendly and helpful and not patronising or strange as I've read in other reviews. She welcomed us with a smile, explained the basics and kindly showed us to our room. We got a friendly goodbye in the morning. Thankyou!

It was home from home,added bonus i did not have to spend time in the kitchen.Lovely owners nothing was to much trouble for them,they went out of their way to please.My two teenagers are the first to moan if things are not clean,but they could not find anything wrong with this guest house,the only complaint they had was not being able to stay longer !
