We arrived to a lovely welcome and the room was both clean and stylish with a comfy bed. Especially delighted to discover no extra charge for parking or for broadband. The breakfast was enough to persuade me back time and time again. In short the place is fantastic. - Robert

We stayed at Beaumont House for my birthday last weekend. From the warm welcome we received when we arrived, to the beautiful rooms and the lovely breakfast....we all agreed that Beaumont House is a very special place. The rooms are modern and spotlessly clean and the staff went out of their way to make my birthday special. The Queens Hotel is situated in a lovely position at the top of the Promenade in Cheltenham. Indeed it reminds one of a small scale Buckingham Palace which provides a wonderful background for wedding photographs! The new Function Room in which weddings are held has been delightfully refurbished in a classic contemporary manner which remains sympathetic to the style of this most elegant hotel. It's hard to imagine a more perfect place to stay in Cheltenham. Conveniently but quietly located on a beautiful square, we felt we'd made a real discovery. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The breakfast was abundant and the fresh fruit salad was particularly divine. We were traveling with our one year old and were made to feel very welcome. I have just stayed for the second time at the Cheltenham Regency. As before the room was extremely comfortable. The service was just brilliant. Room service very good. Thanks for all the help given with the afternoon tea I requested for a large family reunion. I really appreciated the consideration given to me on this. This hotel was fantastic - excellent cleanliness, reasonable price, basic but very good breakfast and superb location to the town centre. We managed to find a space for the car on the road unitl 10am the next morning but there is a car park available overnight for a small charge of £5. The staff were friendly and approachable and we would go back as we were also impressed with the town of Cheltenham. - Janis

What a dream. What a Hotel .What a stay. Fantastic.It's not just the staff , the breakfasts , the bedrooms that make for the perfect stay. It's the Hotels location and views from the gardens as well. I had never been to the Cotswolds before and it is stunning. Dead easy to get to . The scenery is out of this world - what the description of England should be all about. What a fabulous hotel, I am in two minds whether to leave this review - I don't want everyone else to discover Lypiatt House and not be able to go back there because it's fully booked! This is a Regency townhouse set in leafy Lypiatt Road, just yards from Cheltenham town centre. As we were greeted at the front door the scent of furniture polish and fresh lillies intimated that this wasn't an average hotel.
