Warm,friendly welcome from the owners, with an invitation to sit and enjoy a welcoming pot of tea, and discuss our requirements for breakfast. We liked everything about this hotel, and despite the atrocious weather outside, we enjoyed our stay at Skegness.

This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel and on both occasions it has been fantastic. The suite was immaculately clean and the standard was excellent. This hotel provides such good value for money and upgrading to a suite was well worth it as the extra space and fantastic bathroom made our stay even more enjoyable than the previous visit

Shame our stay was for just 1 night. The elderly disabled parents we were travelling with are looking to rebook for a longer stay.

Owners were very friendly and made us feel very welcome,the room was very clean and had everything we needed including freeview tv and tea and coffee,nothing was too much trouble,Breakfast was a full english with as much as you wanted as well as cereal and toast and various jams,we will definetly book the Westdene again -

The location is great right on the sea front in the centre of skegness.Our room was a double sea view with a balcony which was just great.Very clean and comfortable nice and quite to say it was on the sea front.Breakfast was loverly plenty of choice and the english breakfast was one of the best.Overall we cant wait to return and recommend this hot

We had been invited down for a family wedding and were able to change into our attire upon arrival. The room was comfortable a little cramped but more than adequate for the one night stay. Plenty of tea/coffee in the room. Breakfast was very nice and a grand selection of items to choose from. Staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay.

Pat & Adrian are a very friendly couple who genuinely care about their customers. We were originally booked into room 2 on the second floor, when they saw that my wife had difficulty climbing the stairs, they immediately offered us the ground floor room without even being asked, even though that room needed to have it's final clean & check

The location, the guesthouse itself, the room was excellent, clean, spacious and comfortable. The proprietors were very homely and welcoming. The prices were very reasonable. The food was excellent and plenty of it. You could choose absolutely any combination for breakfast. Highly recommend this B&B

The Stoneleigh hotel was lovely. Jan & rodger are really friendly & make you feel so welcome. The hotel is nice & peaceful just the environment we wanted for our romantic weekend away without our kids.

this has to be the cleanest,warmest and friendliest place we have stayed in.Jan and Roger made us very welcome and were very informative.The breakfast was a real treat,tasty.fresh and plentiful.especially the fruit salad.The room was a good size,light and relaxing,We had requested a bath en suite and were not disappointed.We would definately return to The Stoneleigh and absolutely recomend it to everyone wanting a break in Skegness.

As soon as we arrived at the B&B we were greeted by rob who was really friendly and welcoming ... We were shown to our room Ron insisted on carrying our bags up the stairs for us . We were told breakfast times etc and we paid the balance ... The breakfast every morning was delicious and plenty of! The really had every intention of filing us up

The couple that run this place are very warm an welcoming! Me and my friend (not boyfriend but the closest tick box was young couple as we were not a large group)shared a twin room which was decorated well considering price and location. The breakfast was spot on and good quality. Really pleasant place to be. I would highly recommend this place as the people who run it really do know the meaning of good service/ hospitality!

A central location, close to the beach and South Pier. Easily found with a public car park adjacent. The carpets and furnishings were excepionally clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent. - Hotel offers fantastic value for money.The four poster room we stayed in was of an excellent standard for price and the owners were particuarly helpful when my partner fell ill on the morning of our departure although full that evening they allowed us to keep our room till 12pm despite their new guests being due at 1pm.For standard,food,service etc highly recommend it.

Stayed here for one night with my fiancee. We really enjoyed our stay , really welcoming and lovely people. Comfortable home from home atmosphere. The breakfast was EXCELLENT all freshly cooked to order by themselves. Location brilliant- 5 minute walk from hustle and bustle. Quiet and relaxing. Will definately be booking again . Large comfortable room with sea view and a large en-suite.
Quiet location, a minute walk to the sand dunes away from the hustle and bustle of the town but close enough to have a short stroll in along the beach or via the road.
Parking on road which was easy as it is on a no through road, so no traffic noise at all.
