There was nothing to dislike about this propert. The hosts were absolutely lovely and couldnt do enough for us.
There was a lovely warm and friendly greeting when we arrived and that contiued throughout our stay.
The room we had was very tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable.
The service at breakfast was also excellent.
You have a beautiful home and its so nice to share your home and hospitality. Amazing value for money (too cheap) for what you offer.

John and Barbara very friendly and welcoming. Very clean. Will go again definitely! Our room was compact but had everything u could want, and the bed was really comfortable. Complimentary biscuits were out of this world. Big bowl of sweeties at reception. Few minutes walk to skeggie hustle n bustle so hotel lovely and quiet outside. -

The location is just off the sea front, a little away from the hustle and bustle of the town..... but only 10 minutes to get to the centre by foot. The B&B was warm, well equipped and ideal for a short stay. Thoroughly recommended.

Owners very friendly and obliging. Was hugely impressed with the excellent directions I was given after, typically, getting lost on the sea front.
Very comfortable bed and I liked the entry pad on the front door, although it might be a good idea to replace the panel as the numbers are starting to fade!

Pat & Adrian are a very friendly couple who genuinely care about their customers. We were originally booked into room 2 on the second floor, when they saw that my wife had difficulty climbing the stairs, they immediately offered us the ground floor room without even being asked, even though that room needed to have it's final clean & check

The location, the guesthouse itself, the room was excellent, clean, spacious and comfortable. The proprietors were very homely and welcoming. The prices were very reasonable. The food was excellent and plenty of it. You could choose absolutely any combination for breakfast. Highly recommend this B&B

It was home from home,added bonus i did not have to spend time in the kitchen.Lovely owners nothing was to much trouble for them,they went out of their way to please.My two teenagers are the first to moan if things are not clean,but they could not find anything wrong with this guest house,the only complaint they had was not being able to stay longer !

The rooms was well stocked and beds comfortable for us, we didn't use the lounge area but it was large enough for you to feel at home. Staff were very helpful. We got given our keys early and was allowed to
leave our car on the premises after checkout time so we could go into
the town. We was worried about finding another place to park so this was
a great relief. The breakfast was good.
