Owners very friendly couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast nice just enough to put you on until dinner. Location for us was good very quiet street. Parking to the rear of property although having a big car meant we only just fit through. Wifi in rooms good idea if it worked very low signal meant only basic usage. No good with teenager who wanted to play on iPad in evening before bed.

Having decided to visit Skegness for the weekend we found Belle View on letsbookhotel.com and having read the reviews decided this was the one for us. Certainly we were not disappointed as from arrival to departure our stay was wonderful in this very friendly, clean and comfortable hotel. The position of the hotel was excellent as it was within easy walking distance of beach, town shops, cafes & restaurants etc., so no need to take the car if you didn't want to.

The staff could not do enough for us and made us most welcome and comfortable. My partner is an invalid but there was no problems as there was a stair lift to our bedroom.The breakfast was the best we have had in a hotel. Lovely staff who were happy to help out with directions, recommendations for restaurants and so on! My partner even got given a card on his birthday which was touching! As a young couple it was also nice to have our own key so we could come and go as we pleased. We will definitely return if we visit Skegness again. -

The staff where friendly and accomodated our need for an earlier breakfast, and the location was brilliant with the added bonus of private parking which meant we did not have to pay to park in town because it was a short 5 minute walk.

It was home from home,added bonus i did not have to spend time in the kitchen.Lovely owners nothing was to much trouble for them,they went out of their way to please.My two teenagers are the first to moan if things are not clean,but they could not find anything wrong with this guest house,the only complaint they had was not being able to stay longer !

The location is fantastic, we had a nice sea view and its literally a minutes walk from the main shops/pubs/amausements. Our room was spacious, had plenty of tea and coffee, milk etc. The room was nice and warm.
We didnt opt for breakfast so cant comment on that. The owner was friendly and helpful and not patronising or strange as I've read in other reviews. She welcomed us with a smile, explained the basics and kindly showed us to our room. We got a friendly goodbye in the morning. Thankyou!

Excellent location. I was origanlly put in a single room which was small, although adequate. As the TV was not working they happily moved me to a double room which was spacious and lovely. The cooked breakfast (included in the price) was excellent. Tea and coffee making facilities were in the room too. Excellent value for money. -

I managed to secure a parking space (there are only 3) but there was plenty of on street parking. Breakfast was good but it was only available between 8.15 - 9am. The staff were friendly.
