The room was extremely comfortable and we were very impressed with the size of the room and the HUGE bed we had! The hotel is in a fantastic location for the town. The new owners were friendly and trying hard to make all the guests happy; this included 'a wee dram' of whisky on arrival and a bottle of sparkly when our table for dinner was not ready on time. Very approachable staff; fabulous environs, warm, clean and romantic buildings and gardens. Loved the sense of history; staying in Flora McDonald's house.

Era un hotel muy familiar y acogedor. - Excellent room and bathroom, nice fitted out, good nights sleep. Food was verry good and well presented. Lovely setting overlooking the loch. Wifi from room was excellent. Chocolates on arrival. Shortbread and tea in room. Very nice bathroom. Roomy with heated floor. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Loved the porridge and my own pot of hot chocolate. Short drive to Ben Nevis trailhead for hiking. Excellent location for running along loch, restaurants, shopping.
