Pleasant, well-run dining area for breakfast. No cooked food but plenty of cereals, toast, yoghurts, fresh fruit, juices, tea and coffee available to help yourself to. -
Nice room and bathroom bonus it has spa bath!! Staff were great and it suited our needs breakfast was what was stated would go back.

Clean and well kept. Excellent location for going either Fort William
(10 miles) to the west, Skye to the North (about 65 miles) and Inveness
to the East.

Lovely setting overlooking the loch. Wifi from room was excellent. Chocolates on arrival. Shortbread and tea in room. Very nice bathroom. Roomy with heated floor. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Loved the porridge and my own pot of hot chocolate. Short drive to Ben Nevis trailhead for hiking. Excellent location for running along loch, restaurants, shopping.

Staff very friendly breakfeast was great our room in viewbank was comfortable but a bit dated would book springburn lodge next time it looks very nice . Theres a leisure room which has a swimmingpool and pool table which is free overall an excellent choice

This is an excellent B&B in an excellent location. The hosts were very accommodating and added that all important personal touch to our visit.
Breakfast was very nice and relaxed. We were able to take in the wild Scottish scenery from the comfort of the breakfast table whilst exchanging stories with our hosts.

this was a wonderful bed and breakfast the bed was comfortable the room had a lovely bathroom with underfloor heating it was most relaxing the breakfasts were superb and as we were there for a special occasion Joan even gave me a card and present and decorated the breakfast room for me.

Joan, Steve and Michelle were very welcoming and took us into their home and treated us like we were family. We felt very at home with them and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely well equiped room and such a lovely cooked breakfast if required. Such a lovely holiday and we will definately return again in the future

We stayed in a double and a twin room, both were nice, spacious and very clean. The twin has a huge bathroom! The "welcome-whisky" on the table was a really nice gesture, greatly appreciated. The living room\breakfast area is amazing and you can see so many birds around!

This was a great place ran by great people! You don't feel like your staying at a B&B but at a friends house.They are super pet friendly and have lovely home.In a great location easy to get to everything around the loch. They had info on anything you might want to do in the highlands. Best place we stayed at on our two week trip through the U.K.!

I had emailed to say that I would arrive late. I was welcomed with warmth but without fuss, the room was small but very cleverly designed & spotless, inc ensuite. Breakfast was ample with a wide choice (Im a veggie) and a bottomless cup. I saw the lounge but did not use it as I was so late arrivng, I would definitely stay again & recommend it, esp for city trip as it is so convenient.

Finding a place like this little gem means that you are left with good memories of your holiday.
The owners greeted us we tea and shortbread and did everything they could for you and were always cheerful. The room very comfortable with the largest bed we have ever slept in. For breakfast there was a lot of choice and it was cooked to perfection. Thank you Sandra and Allan for a lovely time.

This place is what I call a prestigious Bed and Breakfast. It made our holiday and was a perfect place to go and see the wonderful surroundings. From our room we had breathtaking views of the Loch .The room was spacious and so well presented.with a comfortable king size bed. The breakfasts were delicious and Audrey was a gracious host. Highly recommend this place to anyone.
