The staff was wonderful. The parking was ok. tight spaces. Our car got a good size scratch from the car that parked next to us. Since is it on Lombard street we were happy that they had onsite parking, instead of having to park on the busy street. Continental breakfast was ok. staff was very helpful. my husband is disabled and we were in san francisco for me to have a major surgery. they took very good care of him. also this hotel is less than 2 miles from cpmc hospital, very convenient, free parking is a plus.

We've stayed in a few super 8 and this was bye far the best. Free parking, convenience to the Marina District, funky décor, small but efficient and comfortable room, proximity to out of town friends on the same floor, nice upstairs patio, very quiet. very tasteful interior, exterior and accommodating staff..very comfortable and well decorated..heating unit was quiet and very warm. - Couldn't say more about the staff - absolutely brilliant - Public transport right outside the door - Quiet despite being in city. A hotel to spend vacation in San Francisco at a fair price to the standard of the city. clean rooms, good location, easy access to bus routes. Great value for the money. Price, clean, free parking. The only thing we didn't like were the size of the parking spots and the scratch on our car.It is a budget property so we don't have high expectations. refrigerator a bit noisy and beware of very limited parking. - Bed linen could be softer. The breakfast buffet has very limited food variety. the fact that the fan in the bathroom is REALLY loud!. Location a little far but no real complaints. Limited parking, need to leave the car and take transit otherwise you need to find side street parking. Price is kind of high will everything is expensive in San Francisco..$5 For a hotdog at Pier 39 is outrageous.....huh. Stairs only. too little parking especially with big cars. The room we stayed in was 117 and there was a very small one inch step right in front of our door.. I must have tripped over it 10 times in 3 days... dangerous. Low water pressure in shower. no room for breakfast. This property has seen better days and really needs a complete makeover. "Breakfast" is provided in a postage stamp sized area and is extremely limited. Parking is very limited- less spaces than rooms. beds were not comfortable and air conditioner didn't run long enough to cool room off. Parking was difficult - not enough parking. 3rd floor - no elevator. Very odd shower. The fact that Fishermans Wharf is used in their blurb and it is a long walk from there. The breakfast has to be carried up to the fairly small rooms. very poor wifi quality, poor breakfast and even no place to sit down. has no lift, transpotation is not so good. It was overpriced. Staff was not very friendly. Their parking system is rather stressing and not clearly specified on the letsbookhotel.com site. Breakfast 2/10 Price Lack of parking space Staff Rooms 129, 128, 127 very noisy because of traffic. Although check-in time was supposed to be 2:00pm, and we arrived and paid early, we were not allowed access to the room until after 2:30 as th maids had not completed cleaning it. When the manager was asked if we could check out later he said no, checkout is at 11 am. Parking was terrible. Not enough spaces for all of the rooms, and the spaces were very small. You had to back out unto Lombard/101, which is a very busy street. The rugs were looked filthy. Vending machines didn't work. Not near the Wharf. Internet connection terrible. Parking terrible - spaces too small for even compact cars. Hotel front desk staff, non caring, unprofessional and too busy caring for their young kids at the desk. Microwave not working since plug too far from outlet. Fridge knobs broken, all food and drinks frozen solid. Hotel staff did not care about any of the above. No elevators, all rooms with 2 beds on third floor not advised on website. The receptionist and the dust on the bed clothes.
