The staff was very friendly and flexible when our plans changed. Parking facility was excellent and secure. The room was super clean, oversized and the tub drained!! :) Parking was limited but free! The free coffee was better than Starbucks! The hotel is only a block from the bus to get to Pier 39.Location. Size of the room, the diner across the road (OBW) did nice breakfasts.all reviews »
piyy but i didn't like it. The guy at the reception was absolutely not nice.My mom and her cousin stayed there this week. If I had known what this place was like I would've never booked that hotel. The hotel manager was the rudest SOB there could be. He's lucky I wasn't there or I would've put him in intensive care! My mom is an elderly woman, when she asked him for the motel's email address so I could send her a confirmation on a tour I booked for her, he yelled at her as if she was asking him for something rid. It's older and the beds were uncomfortable but for the price, I can't complain!. The brakfast is only a coffe or a juice. One member of staff was unhelpful regarding receiving our lost luggage from a courier, so we had to make sure we hung around the hotel until it was delivered. The same member of staff was grumpy on another occasion.The bathroom window in our second room had a rusty blind with tangled cord and did not adequately cover the bathroom window, which was at street level to the outside. very dirty room and cold, conditioner didn't work. i thing that is wasn't worth the money i payed.
