The staff were always friendly and helpful. The location of the Baldwin Hotel is just great - literally steps from Chinatown's main gate and only one block from Union Square and public transportation. The rooms were small and simple, but very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Excellent service from staff. Especially the help I received in attempting to locate my wallet which was left in a taxi by mistake!. Rooms serviced to high standard, I cannot complain.
