The Burj al Arab is beyond compare when it comes to service and a feeling of absolute luxury. We enjoyed the Club Lounge facilities, very good value. The staff were so welcoming wherever we went cleaning staff leaving kind messages in our room after cleaning, what a lovely touch. The location could not be better.
We have stayed at the Pullman before and were worried about the change to Sheraton brand, apart from the price increase of room rate, the service was top notch. Thank you.

Beach and pool are very comfortable. İt is the first time of rixos and dubai visit in our life. İ must say that it is a perfect perfect excellent... İt takes some time to reach the city centre. But the city centre is crowded. Thereby, location of the hotel is suitable to relax. İt is like a heaven. We are turkish and it is turkish hotel.
