I liked the professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. There were seven of us from one family (3 generation) and every one loved the partments.We tried the gym and love it. appropriate equiptment were provided which suited every ones need. The young ones and myself loved the roof top pool and the staff provided us with towels/creams and kept checking to make sure we were ok.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was quite large and well appointed. There is a personal taxi service which is very affordable, just ask for Massoud, he is reliable and fair priced.Brand new building, friendly staff, very clean, this place really exceeded my expectations we were served juice on arrival and there was some free pepsi and chips in the appartment. The hotel was very nice, all staff were friendly and helpful i would go back and stay and the hotel again its very good value for money. It was very close to the airport too.The whole experience was great, the room had all the necessary amenities and was very clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool was great too. Very quit place and the studio room was really big, very good basement parking.clean quiet comfortable undisturbed staff keen to help about anythings. Excellent Customer Service. New Building/Rooms. I'd booked a studio flat but was upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment, which was great for us with two kids. It was spacious, airy, clean and well equipped. The best were the staff who were exceptionally helpful from Doris at the front desk (thank you for everything!) and Nasir, (Concierge, for all helpful advice). The value for money on this hotel was amazing. I stayed just as a lay over for a flight the next morning and hotel was conveniently very close to the airport. Very new, neat and clean and comfortable rooms. Big lounge/dining area!. Everything brand new, good roof pool, very big rooms, well equipped, sensible welcome pack for kitchen, tea coffee etc. Good price via LetsBookHotel.com, much better than rack rate. Everything! The basement parking garage was easy to get in and out of and plenty of empty spaces. The wireless internet was a very cheap rate compared to other hotels and the TV was connected to a wide variety of sattelite channels. The size of the room and bathroom and also the well appointed kitchen.very good hotel and the price was outstanding for the room facilites. cheaper than any other hotel in dubai at the time of booking. New hotel (open Jan 2008), clean, car parking is available. It was nice and quiet, for the most part. The apartment was spacious and homey.Location and friendliness of staff. only the uncomplete entrance which i know is still under contrcution and will be finished soom.The only thing is that the beds are quite hard and taxis need to be booked far ahead of time. location is not the best but it's not far anyway. The only down side for us was the distance we had to travel to everything else in dubai, to some this may be a bonus but we had a hire car so it did make things a lot easier to get everywhere. The location is not bad but far from the city center. Very close to Emirates road which will take to all major attractions in Dubai, which are outside the city center as well you are still near sharjah. They were no dining chairs in the room although I think it was specified!. lots of building going on around hotel very dusty. A bit far from the downtown. But, if you have a car, shouldn't be a issue.Only location could put people off - but if you have transport this is the best value for money in Dubai - only two minutes to Emirates road!!. The music in the corridors.far a way from the city. intenet service must be changed .. they must be but an wireless system. there is mobile phone signal is verry poor. Not a fault of the hotel but it is a bit away from the main sites of Dubai, which could be a good thing if you want to be away from the noise of other parts of the City. Also not much around the apartment (lots of expanse and construction)..but did discover the buzz of Lulu Village! with authentic cooking and a supermarket for essentials. Quite hard to find and remote, although as in all areas of Dubai, city growth may have engulfed the area by the time you read this... Only one issue - gym floor was under repair so unusable.Only the bed was hard not comfotable. i could't find i water boiler in the room ,,, it was not available ,, plz be sure u include it next time. You need a car because the Hotel is remote in the Industry and living area. internet,TV.The fitness centre was closed for our whole stay with no prior notice, it was listed as a feature on their advertisement, but was closed when we got there, however everything else was good, the rooftop pool was very nice. Our pre-arranged transfer vehicle from the hotel did not appear (our flight was also 1.5 hours late). On arrival the hotel did not have a record of our reservation and the cost of the room rate change (it increased). However in the morning the situation seemed to have rectified itself and we were charged the booked/quoted rate.The hotel is postioned in a high development area and therefore the surroundings is a building site. The location meant long, expensive taxi rides to get to the well known destinations (e.g. Mall of Emirates). the mattresses were a little too hard. but you get used to em. It was so faar to the city and the road was so traffic and most of thetaxi doesnt know the hotel. the tv channels only. Just that it was too far away from the main shopping area, no taxis available, however, the hotel staff will gladly call one for you. - The bed is very Hard "Not comfortable", The volume of the Door Bell is very high and No Arabic News Paper only English. every thing was very good except the road to hotel was very bad (dusty). Swimming pool. it does not have wireless internet. internet cable is very expensive. underground car parking is with limited access. bed is very hard. Food service was limites and somewhat weak.the location is far from city center. I was led to believe that it was the Dunes apartments behind the mall of the emirates and only upon arrival was i redirected to the dunes apartments in qusais. We got lost for 5 hours trying to find the place. We were 4 females and a child. The fact that the staff was unable to direct us via numerous telephone calls did not help.The weekend was ruined.Rooms are too expensive - for the location and facilities.
